Qian Hongpu emphasized that promoting the construction of skilled talents in the textile industry and improving the skill level of various occupations in the industry is an important work of Textile Industry Vocational Skills Appraisal and Guidance Center of China National Textile and Apparel Council, and it is also an important means to promote the high-quality development of the textile industry during the 14th Five-Year Plan period. He hopes that both school and enterprise will strengthen cooperation, achieve common development, build the Training and Appraisal Center into an industry brand, strictly carry out assessment and training, strictly abide by evaluation standards and carry out evaluation work according to the law and regulations, maintain the authority and sustainable development of the evaluation work of the professional ability level of the textile industry, cultivate a group of talents with superb skills, and steadily improve the quality of the industrial workers.

Qian Hongpu and Li Songhao jointly unveiled National Seamless Knitwear Pattern Maker Training and Appraisal Center, and Gianpietro BELOTTI and Gao Ju jointly unveiled the Shanghai Modern Chemical Vocational College and Santoni Production-Education Integration Training Base. This appraisal center is a training and assessment unit for seamless knitwear pattern maker jointly developed by the school and Santoni (Shanghai) Knitting Machinery Co., Ltd. Students who pass the examination can obtain the certificates of seamless knitwear pattern maker for Class IV, Class VI, Technician and Senior Technician issued by the Textile Industry Vocational Skills Guidance Center. School-Enterprise Production and Education Integration Base with Santoni is the first batch of project construction units in Jinshan.
Before the ceremony, the leaders and guests held discussion and exchange on the second floor of the Intelligent Manufacturing Building. After the ceremony, the leaders and guests visited Productive Learning Factory, School-Enterprise Production and Education Integration Base, National Seamless Knitwear Pattern Maker Training and Appraisal Center, and the Skills Master Studio, and praised the outstanding school-running characteristics and the achievements of school-enterprise cooperation.
