On October 10th, in order to further deepen cooperation with our school and serve the need of talent training during the development of Invista, Zhang Yiping, Public Affairs Manager of Invista Management (Shanghai) Co., Ltd, and Lu Heye, Senior HR Manager China Operation of Invista Nylon Chemicals (China) Co., Ltd., came to our school to discuss the joint training of vocational talent.
Gao Ju, secretary of the Party Committee of Shanghai Modern Chemical Industry Vocational College, warmly met with the visiting guests. He introduced the school's school-running characteristics, concept and plan of the new higher vocational college to the guests, and expressed his good expectation for win-win cooperation between our school and Invista. Zhang Yiping introduced the general situation of the company's development and talent demand, shared the company's ideas on strengthening school-enterprise cooperation, and looked forward to strengthening communication and coordination between the two sides to train urgently needed high-quality first-line technical and skilled workers for the enterprise. The two sides exchanged in-depth views on organization, operation and management of enterprise-titled class and ways of co-educating vocational talent, and initially reached a series of consensus.
Before the discussion and exchange, the guests visited the Cross-enterprise Training Center and the Chemical Open Training Center, and highly praised the school's first-class training equipment and facilities and advanced management mode.
